Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers in different departments to identify and attract the best candidates;
- Create job listings for new positions and vacancies;
- Conduct initial interviews and vet new candidates;
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation;
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures;
- Organize training and development programs for employees;
- Provide administrative support to the management team;
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements;
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and other administrative documents.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational and time management abilities;
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity;
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment is preferred;
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Have your own home office where you can talk and take Zoom calls;
- Have your own computer.
