Financial Reporting and Analysis Specialist

- located in Bucharest -

If you have at least 2 years of financial reporting&analysis experience preferably in Banking field and you possess

• Bachelor’s degree in economics/accounting/business administration;
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
• Very good command of English language;
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, logical thinking and attention to details;
• Knowledge of IFRS and banking regulatory framework would be a plus;
• Able to work in a team and proactively take initiative when needed;
• Easily adaptable and able to cope with challenges;
• Very good teamplayer but also able to work alone and to prioritize her/his tasks;
• Good level of English knowledge;
• Willingness and ability to communicate with colleagues from other countries and senior management of the Bank on a level playing field

• Prepare monthly regulatory and business reports/presentations and effectively communicate with the key beneficiaries;
• Provide support to Bank’s Management in the decision making process by developing and preparing ad-hoc reports and presentations;
• Analyze and reconcile data from various sources and systems, and propose solutions for enhancing data quality and data management;
• Actively participate, as owner or contributor, in the Bank’s projects concerning reporting and financial data.
