Job Description
We are looking to bring new dispatchers onto our team. This is a revenue-based position. The dispatcher is responsible for finding loads, assisting drivers, communicating with brokers and customers, and preparing the necessary paperwork for each load.

Profile
We seek effective, stress-resistant professionals who are team players.
Experience
- Experience in the car-hauling industry.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Central Dispatch, Super Dispatch, ClearPath, MetroLoads, Ship.Cars, Haully, etc.
- Knowledge of the industry and personal contacts with brokers are a plus!
- Experienced drivers with different types of equipment: 3, 5, 7, and 9-car haulers.
- A professional and friendly team to support you.
- A welcoming office environment.
- The highest percentage of gross pay for experienced dispatchers, plus bonuses for reaching targets.
- All necessary documents, platforms, and load boards to help you work efficiently.
