Trevolution Group is the travel arm of Dyninno, providing data processing of airline travel information and travel services to individual and corporate clients.

Responsibilities:
- To work on the first line of the customer support;
- To distribute the requests to the other customer support departments.
- To help the customers with exchanges and refunds.
- To provide customers with extra information about the trip.
- To provide high-level support to both Sales Agents and customers by delivering all necessary information:
- To ensure customer satisfaction through efficient resolution of inquiries across multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat
Requirements:
- Intermediate level of English (B2-C1).
- Business etiquette and writing knowledge.
- Handling e-mail communication, phone calls, and online platforms.
- Interacting with other departments.
- Availability to work full-time from the office.
