We're looking for the Customer Support Operator to join our team in Chisinau.
 
Objective: To ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient support, managing customer inquiries, and facilitating smooth interactions between departments.

Responsibilities:

  •  Follow up on missed calls, voicemails, unread emails/messages, and new tickets.
  • Assist in account creation, configuration of drivers, vehicles, and devices.
  •  Provide support for report generation, profile editing, password recovery, and account management.
  • Handle subscription changes and assist in ELD device installation and setup.
  • Keep clients informed about updates and enhancements.
  • Provide detailed explanations and guidance on device usage.
  • Address logbook inquiries and collect client feedback.
  • Verify resolution of technical issues and address order delivery delays.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support for malfunction letters and device exchanges.
  • Monitor and manage malfunctioning devices and customer charges.

Required competencies:

  • Experience in customer support position in trucking industry will be a strong advantage
  • Languages: English, Russian, Romanian (Spanish is a plus)
  • Prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Clear and detailed explanations provided to customers
  • Effective collaboration with other departments to resolve issues
