We're looking for the Customer Support Operator to join our team in Chisinau.
Objective: To ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient support, managing customer inquiries, and facilitating smooth interactions between departments.

- Working hours 16:00 till 01:00 (Moldova Time Zone)
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on missed calls, voicemails, unread emails/messages, and new tickets.
- Assist in account creation, configuration of drivers, vehicles, and devices.
- Provide support for report generation, profile editing, password recovery, and account management.
- Handle subscription changes and assist in ELD device installation and setup.
- Keep clients informed about updates and enhancements.
- Provide detailed explanations and guidance on device usage.
- Address logbook inquiries and collect client feedback.
- Verify resolution of technical issues and address order delivery delays.
- Collaborate with Technical Support for malfunction letters and device exchanges.
- Monitor and manage malfunctioning devices and customer charges.
Required competencies:
- Experience in customer support position in trucking industry will be a strong advantage
- Languages: English, Russian, Romanian (Spanish is a plus)
- Prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Clear and detailed explanations provided to customers
- Effective collaboration with other departments to resolve issues
