Moldovan Association of ICT Companies promotes the development of the ICT sector in the Republic of Moldova through viable partnerships between the private companies, similar organizations, state institutions, and international organizations.
The most important project aims to establish and operate a fully functional and sustainable ICT Excellence Centre in Moldova. The activity will establish and manage a physical facility for the Centre, provide for appropriate equipment and staff, and organize trainings and services to students and IT sector workers related to information and communications technology (ICT).

Background:
Tekwill is Moldova’s premier hub for technology, education, and entrepreneurship. It serves as a dynamic space where innovation thrives, offering access to resources, training programs, funding opportunities, and an extensive network of industry leaders and mentors. By fostering collaboration between startups, established businesses, and the tech community, Tekwill drives growth and empowers individuals to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Development and Execution
Planning and Design:
- Develop and manage entrepreneurship programs, workshops, and training sessions tailored to startups and small businesses.
- Focus on critical needs such as scaling, business development, and fundraising.
Implementation:
- Execute programs in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring they align with participant needs.
- Deliver content through a mix of in-person and digital formats to maximize accessibility.
Evaluation:
- Establish performance metrics and track program outcomes.
- Prepare regular assessments to identify areas for improvement
Community Engagement
Community Growth:
- Expand Tekwill’s entrepreneurial ecosystem by engaging startups, investors, and mentors.
- Organize networking events, mentorship sessions, and pitch competitions to connect members.
- Communication:
- Promote programs and initiatives via social media, newsletters, and other outreach methods.
- Act as the primary point of contact for community members and external stakeholders.
Partnership Development
Collaboration Building:
- Cultivate partnerships with accelerators, incubators, corporates, and educational institutions.
- Engage with international organizations to bring resources and expertise to Tekwill.
- Resource Mobilization:
- Identify funding opportunities, including grants and sponsorships.
- Write proposals and secure financial support for programs and events.
Event Management
Plan and execute high-impact events, such as:
- Hackathons, startup weekends, and competitions.
- Conferences and summits targeting entrepreneurs and tech professionals.
- Oversee logistics, budgets, and partner participation for all events.
Mentorship and Coaching
- Build a network of local and international mentors to support startups.
- Coordinate one-on-one coaching sessions and advisory panels.
Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare detailed reports for leadership and stakeholders, including:
- Program outcomes and impact.
- Financial performance and resource utilization.
- Document success stories and case studies to showcase Tekwill’s impact.
Key Deliverables
- Program Impact Reports: Quarterly and annual summaries of activities, participation, and outcomes.
- Event Metrics: Attendance figures, engagement levels, and sponsorship results.
- Partnership Agreements: Signed collaborations with new and existing stakeholders.
- Community Growth Targets: Clear increases in active participants, startups supported, and partnerships.
- Resource Proposals: Successful grant applications or sponsorship deals.
Candidate Profile
Have experience in program management, community building, or entrepreneurship.
Possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrate the ability to build partnerships and mobilize resources.
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
