Purcari Wineries is seeking a dynamic Commercial Administration Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our export operations and ensuring seamless business execution.

Required Competencies

• Ease in Working Across Markets and Departments: Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different markets and departments to achieve common goals.
• Strategic Thinking and Execution: Ability to think strategically, plan meticulously, and ensure strong execution of plans to drive business success.
• Prioritization Skills: Capable of prioritizing activities and resources effectively among multiple markets and tasks.
• Knowledge of Wine Landscape: Ideally, familiarity with the wine industry landscape in major export markets such as Poland, Turkey, Ukraine, UK, and US.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Previous experience in commercial administration, export operations, or related roles within the wine or beverage industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in contract management, compliance regulations, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Export Team: Assist in various aspects of daily business operations, including contract management, compliance oversight, sample delivery coordination to diverse customers, and making travel arrangements.
• Build and Manage Hospitality Programs: Develop and oversee hospitality programs for key partner visits, ensuring exceptional experiences for importers and customers from major export markets.
