Business Clients Adviser for Small Clients (Bucharest, Romania)

If you meet the following requirements:

• University graduate or Student (any field of study), fluent in English
• Banking experience of at least 2 years, preferably in Relationship Management for Business Clients
• Very good analytical and strategic thinking skills and judgment, along with the ability to communicate complex issues in a structured and concise manner
• Able to easily integrate in teams, with strong communication and cooperation skills
• Willing to communicate with new or existing clients and Entrepreneurial thinking

Then, in ProCredit Bank you will be able to..

• Monitor and develop the existing Small Business Clients portfolio, providing excellent customer care to Companies
• Understand and analyze the existing or potential clients - financial and business model - in order to identify the most suitable offer and to negotiate it
• Acquire new Small Business Clients, providing them assistance in setting-up a long-term relationship with the Bank
