Business Analyst

Our RnD team builds a unique technology that automates the most advanced flight tickets search and booking process. And we are looking for Business Analyst who can help the RnD team as a bridge between business stakeholders and development.

We’re currently searching for an experienced business analyst to help guide our organization to the future. From researching, developing and optimizing progressive solutions to evaluating their impacts, the ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, detail oriented and with excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Elicitation & Analysis:

Engage with business stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
Analyze and document business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications that are clear and actionable for development teams.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.
Present findings, solutions, and product updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.

Product Backlog & Prioritization:

Work closely with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are developed first.
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure that each iteration delivers tangible business value.
Continuously refine and prioritize the backlog based on changing business needs, stakeholder feedback, and technical constraints.

Solution Design & Validation:

Collaborate with the development teams to design solutions that align with business requirements and technical feasibility.
Participate in solution design discussions, providing insights from a business perspective to ensure that the proposed solutions meet all requirements.
Assist in the development of prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to visualize solutions and gather feedback from stakeholders.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

Define and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans to validate that the developed solutions meet business requirements.
Work with the QA team to ensure that all features are thoroughly tested and that any defects are resolved before deployment.
Provide ongoing support during the implementation phase, ensuring a smooth transition to production.

Continuous Improvement:

Analyze product performance and user feedback post-launch to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
Proactively suggest changes and enhancements to improve product usability, efficiency, and overall value to the business.
Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously enhance your technical and business expertise.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or similar role within a technology-driven environment.
Experience in the Online Travel Industry is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum framework.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex problems and propose effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
