We're looking for a billing specialist to join our team in Chisinau.

Job Summary: To ensure the accountant and billing of operations related to the transportation of goods.

Job requirements:

• Creating invoices and keeping in contact with clients regarding payments
• Ensure confidentiality of client's bank data
• Provide telephone support regarding the payment method (for customers)
• Sent on time invoices and following up till payment completed
• Mediate potential problem situations to ensure timely payments
• Mainatin accurate accounting information in the database

Required competencies:

• At least 1 year of experience in accounting
• Fluency in English, Russian, Romanian
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
