We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Estimator to support our estimating team. The successful candidate will assist in preparing estimates, gathering project information, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Assist estimators in preparing estimates and proposals by gathering project information, including plans, specifications according to scope of work and site specifics;
Perform quantity takeoffs and calculations;
Coordinate with site visits responsible party to gather information and take measurements;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in estimating, or a related field;
Proficiency in English language;
Experience in estimating or a related field, but not mandatory. Training provided.
Strong organizational, communication skills and work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
