Tech Lead (.NET)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tech Lead (.NET) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of our back-end systems. You will work closely with our product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our business requirements.
Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of our back-end systems
Work closely with our product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our business requirements
Analyze and react to operational metrics (throughput, latency, error rate, queue depth, etc)
Apply sophisticated engineering techniques and operate as part of a team
Integrate with various types of services, including geolocation, EDI, mapping, routing, as well as partner companies such as shippers, brokers, etc.
Monitor system and infrastructure performance
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET/C# and Azure
Experience with CosmosDB, Cognitive Search, Blobs, Tables, Queues, Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Fabric
Strong understanding of parallel and concurrent programming
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly ramp up on multiple technology areas
Fluent in English
Proactive and result-driven with a strong customer focus
