Boekestijn Transport Service was started in 1994 in Mill, Netherlands. In those days there were three Boekestijn trucks on the road. As an Office and Drivers Recruiter, you will play an important role in growing our team by recruiting talents for office roles and drivers while also managing our social media channels to attract candidates and develop our employer brand.

In this role you will:

Actively recruit office employees and drivers through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks;
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to create a positive recruitment experience;
Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure a strong fit with company needs and culture;
Collaborate with internal teams to identify hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies;
Guide drivers and office employees through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into their roles;
Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines;
Participate in additional HR or recruitment projects to support team goals;
Post job openings and recruitment campaigns on social media, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with the company’s tone;
Monitor and manage the company's social media presence related to recruitment, responding to inquiries from potential candidates.

Requirements:

English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level;
Graduated on minimum a bachelor level;
Good negotiation skills;
Effective in teamwork and able to work independently as needed;
Demonstrates a proactive approach, consistently bringing innovative ideas to the table;
Proven background in recruiting, either agency or in-house.
