Project Manager at Technovator
About the Role
Technovator is looking to hire a Project Manager for a full-time job in our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving innovative projects that make a significant impact in the tech ecosystem. What you’ll do
- Supervise and ensure the successful execution of Technovator programs and events.
- Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including mentors, participants, and partners, ensuring all parties are effectively engaged and supported throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle the preparation and management of project plans and schedules, coordinating with the team to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
- Conduct requests for proposals, manage communications, and negotiate with service providers to secure quality services and resources needed for project execution.
- Actively participate in and oversee project milestones, ensuring they adhere to established timelines and objectives.
What you’ll need
- Graduate of a project management, business administration, management, or related field.
- Minim 2 years working in solidar positions or development organizations
- Strong understanding of project management processes and principles, preferably within a non-profit or tech innovation context.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in handling project documentation, budgets, and negotiations with vendors is preferred.
