Product designer (1000-1300$)

Loadapp is an innovative IT company that creates advanced solutions for the logistics industry. We develop web and mobile apps for dispatchers, drivers, and other professionals. As we work on new and exciting projects, we’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team and help create smart, user-friendly designs that are more than just visually appealing.

Responsibilities:
- Design new pages for ongoing projects;
- Redesign parts of existing interfaces;
- Conduct user research to improve usability and satisfaction;
- Join meetings and brainstorming sessions to collaborate with the team.

Requirements:
- Figma Skills: Strong knowledge of Figma, including working with components, auto-layouts, and design systems.
- UX/UI Understanding: Good grasp of usability and user interface principles, with the ability to explain and justify design choices.
- Responsive Design: Experience designing for different devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- App Design Experience: Proven ability in designing both web and mobile apps.
- Clear Layouts: Ability to create well-structured design files that are easy for developers to use.
- Design Systems: Experience working with design systems (e.g., Primeng).
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional design experience.

Essential:
- A portfolio with examples of web and mobile app designs.
- Examples of work involving design systems and large projects.
