We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and have a keen eye for detail, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Personal & Administrative Support:
Assist with personal tasks, including event planning and gifting.
Help draft and schedule posts, emails, and communications.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
Finance & Expense Management:
Manage expense reports, invoices, and payments.
Track expenses and assist with bookkeeping.
Travel & Scheduling:
Book flights, hotels, and transportation for business trips.
Coordinate calendars and ensure smooth scheduling.
What We’re Looking For:
English proficiency at B2 level or higher (strong written and verbal communication).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.
Experience with financial tasks (invoice processing, expenses, bookkeeping).
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
Comfortable with a hybrid work format (remote work + in-person meetings).
