We are looking for a motivated and skilled Mid-Level B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team and focus on two key projects. This role is perfect for someone with a solid background in B2B marketing, demand generation, and campaign management. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing data-driven B2B marketing strategies aimed at lead generation and driving revenue.
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for targeting high-value prospects.
- Support the development of marketing funnels, focusing on driving awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Analyze performance metrics and assist in optimizing campaigns to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
- Help create marketing assets like landing pages, case studies, and email templates.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and digital marketing tactics.
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Basic analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and A/B testing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
