The New International Performing Arts Institute (NIPAI) is an educational institution focused on providing practical and hands-on training in various disciplines of the performing arts since 2000. It offers a diverse range of programs, including theatre directing, movement directing, and arts management. These programs are designed to be accessible in multiple formats, catering to a wide array of learning preferences through both online and blended (a combination of online and in-person) educational modalities. Additionally, NIPAI offers specialized short courses, which span 3-month and 6-week durations, covering topics like 'Choreography and Blocking in Performance', 'The Director and Play', and 'Ensemble Building'.
NIPAI is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding educational and artistic programs. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a passionate team dedicated to excellence in education and the arts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans for the department and its 3 members.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns, social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and contextual advertising on Google.
Create and manage sales funnels.
Plan and execute strategies for attracting new students.
Requirements:
Minimum B2 level in English and Russian.
Proficient knowledge of marketing principles.
Experience in email marketing in English-speaking markets.
Familiarity with Google Ads setup
Proficiency in managing websites on Wix and WordPress platforms.
Ability to plan and manage work for oneself and a team of 3.
Understanding of social media operations in English-speaking markets.
Experience with LinkedIn for business purposes.Knowledge of sales funnel creation.

Mandatory experience in selling educational products (courses, programs).
Experience in promoting performing arts is not required but will be considered an advantage.
Work Conditions:
Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00, Berlin time (full-time work).
Monthly payment.
A dynamic and creative work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Initial 3-month probationary period with a starting salary of €300 for the first month and €500 from the second month.
Salary may be revised upon completion of the probation period based on marketing performance results.
All official holidays according to the German calendar are days off.
Possible business trips from 7 days to 2 weeks to Germany, Austria, or another European country. Travel, food, and accommodation are paid.
