Logistic dispatcher

We are seeking a ruthless logistics dispatcher to efficiently coordinate our distribution operations. Supreme organization and time management are required to schedule shipments, track vehicles, and hit deadlines in this fast-paced role.

Job Requirements:

-> 1+ years of dispatch experience in a high-volume shipping environment. A transportation or logistics background is a must.
-> Ability to make quick decisions and rapidly problem-solve issues as they arise. No hand-holding.
-> Juggling multiple tasks at once and working under pressure to meet tight cutoffs.
-> Resourceful self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
-> Strong communication skills to coordinate across multiple parties.
-> High proficiency in logistics management systems and technology.
-> Exceptional attention to detail. Inaccuracies will not be tolerated.
-> Work any shift. Weekends and overnight dispatches will be required. Schedule flexibility is critical.

We offer a 2% OF GENERATED REVENUE as performance pay. A top dispatcher will earn over $7K per month.
