OpenLM is looking for a driven and passionate Lead Generation to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the first engagement with potential clients, focusing on outbound efforts, to drive business opportunities and manage the company's business operations. In addition, you will conduct preliminary research about new leads to understand the business opportunity and manage the meeting coordination and preparation.
Who are you:
Have 1+ years of Lead Generation experience with creating new business opportunities from scratch, B2B
Experienced in global markets outbound efforts, Preferred industries such as CAD, SAM, etc.
Confident and polished phone, email, and digital channels prospecting skills
Experienced in working with CRM software and sales tools: Zoominfo, Apollo, Lusha, Sales Navigator is a plus
Out of the box thinker - MUST
A quick learner and self-driven
Proficient in English with excellent written and presentation skills
Other languages > Not a must, but benefit
Passionate about working in an environment that is welcoming, open, transparent, curious, collaborative, challenging, high-paced, results-driven, and fun
What you'll do:
Identify and develop new business leads through various channels including , email, and social selling.
Utilize prospecting and research tools to qualify leads.
Collaborate with team members to innovate and optimize the Lead Generation process.
Conduct preliminary research for meetings with leads
Manage leads pipeline according to company guidelines
Collaborate with other departments to share vital insights and product improvement.
