Main Responsibilities:
- Accuracy and confidentiality of held documentation;
- Rational use of available resources;
- Supervising all labor legislation activities;
- Elaborating, implementing and control of internal policies;
- Determining and developing of payment benefits;
- Complying with Internal Regulation and Collective Labor Agreement;
- Recruiting staff and all included steps;
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
- Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers;
- Application of Health & Safety standards;
Skills and Specifications:
- Dynamic professional;
- 3+years relevant managerial experience (totaling more than 6 years in HR function);
- Analytical, decisional and synthesis skills;
- Communication skills;
- Fairness, tenacity, commitment, principled attitude in dealing with people;
- Responsiveness and teamwork;
- Critical thinking.
Education and Qualification:
- University Degree;
- Strong knowledge of labor laws;
- Good PC knowledge (MS Office, Database);
- Knowledge of H&S standards and their appliance;
- Required languages: Romanian and English.
