Hotel receptionist

Best Western Hotels in East London (United Kingdom) are looking for an energetic people to full-fill Receptionist Positions (Day and Night). These are permanent FULL-TIME positions where daily duties will consist of the following:
• Assisting with guest queries and providing a high level of customer service;
• Processing Check-in’s and Check-out’s;
• Processing payments;
• Processing reservations;
• Filing;
• Responding to emails;
• Handling telephone switchboard of incoming calls and reservations;
• Night Auditing.
Candidates must have the following qualities.
• Very good verbal and written English communication;
• High level of enthusiasm, punctuality, drive and initiative;
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task;
• Ability to work well and efficiently under pressure;
• Excellent customer care skills with guests and fellow colleagues;
• Ability to work well in a team;
• Basic Computer Knowledge.
Work Schedule:
Rota Based
Weekly hours will be Circa 35-45
Immediate Start
Experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
Job Salary and Timing:
The position £8.91 - £10.00 per hour depending on experience, performance and qualification.
We have 3 Shifts pattern as follows:
Morning Shift: 8 am – 3.00 pm
Afternoon Shift: 3.00 pm – 00.00 pm
Night Shift: 23.30 pm – 8:00 am
