Experienced Freight Dispatcher (Dry Van & Reefer)

Schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Moldova Time)

Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure high-quality freight opportunities via load boards.
- Coordinate and manage driver dispatching for Dry Van and Reefer shipments.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers and clients.
- Strategically optimize route planning and scheduling to enhance profitability.
- Consistently track loads, ensuring timely deliveries and proactively resolving any transport issues.

Requirements:
- Demonstrable dispatching experience, preferably in Dry Van and Reefer freight.
- Advanced proficiency with key load board platforms (DAT, Truckstop, etc.).
- Outstanding negotiation and rapid decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage stress effectively in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Strong organizational skills combined with excellent interpersonal communication.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
