ESG Manager (Environmental, Social, and Governance Manager)

We are currently seeking an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Manager to contribute to the development and implementation of our ESG initiatives. In this role, you will support the integration of ESG practices throughout the organization, ensure compliance with ESG regulations, and promote sustainable business practices. What do we expect from you?

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
Experience or internships in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility (a plus but not mandatory)
Basic understanding of ESG concepts and standards (training will be provided)
Experience in process and project management
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
Proficiency in creating and delivering effective PowerPoint presentations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Your responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company's ESG strategy, aligned with organizational goals and values
Monitor and report on ESG performance
Identify and assess ESG risks and opportunities, and propose measures to address them
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ESG practices
Ensure compliance with ESG regulations and standards
Communicate ESG initiatives to stakeholders
Prepare ESG reports, presentations, and documentation
