Our US-based transportation company, with offices in the United States and Chișinău, is currently looking for experienced and highly driven dispatchers to join our dedicated team. As a dispatcher, you'll be critical in our operations—negotiating profitable rates, securing optimal loads, effectively managing 5-7 trucks simultaneously, and swiftly resolving operational challenges. This demanding role requires top-notch communication, strong negotiation abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Has significant prior experience as a dispatcher in the US freight industry.
- Possesses advanced English proficiency.
- Shows exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Can effectively manage stressful situations and handle emergencies.
- Is available to work evening shifts from Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 12:00 am.
