Customer / technical support (e-commerce)

A fast-developing company - Amazon USA, Canada, Mexico Best Seller in HealthCare invites an ambitious Customer / Technical Support Manager.
Remote

Requirements:
- English Upper Intermediate +;
- readiness to work in the USA time zone (9:00 - 18:00 PST);
- technical education or background and/or have analytical skills;
- readiness to learn new instruments;
- Amazon or other e-commerce platforms background will be a huge benefit.

Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and feedback: providing top-level Customer Support;
- Resolving critical situations of various types;
- Handling of the flat files (we can teach; such experience will be a benefit);
- filling up analytical sheets on sales performance on Amazon and other marketplaces; analytics and metrics control;
- Performing operational store management tasks within e-commerce platforms;
- Finding and implementing new tools to improve efficiency and automate processes;
- Timely coordination with other employees on current cases.
