We are looking for an enterprising and dynamic Customer Care Representative.
As a part of a team, you will be responsible for providing correct and important logistic information towards these clients. As single point of contact, you will be responsible for the bonding and excellent service to our customers.

Job Description:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Communicating with customers through various channels
Acknowledging and resolving customer issues
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Skills/Qualifications:
University degree/or student
English B2
Computer literacy, MS Excel
Customer orientation
Our office is located in or. Chişinău, str. Mihai Viteazul 3, Business Center Unity Tower. We are a support service center located in Chisinau not a Call Center
