Contabil / Accountant

Responsibilities:
-Managing accounts payable through accounting software -and other relevant programs.
-Reviewing and processing expense requests in accordance with accounting standards.
-Analyzing workflow processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending potential solutions to challenges.
-Ensuring timely and accurate payment of bills, in compliance with departmental procedures.
-Maintaining data integrity and ensuring proper documentation is kept.
-Processing invoices for payment when due.
-Communicating with initiators regarding the status of purchase orders.
-Addressing daily invoicing issues through purchasing tools and a methodical approach.

Requirements:
-Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
-Strong communication skills (English).
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
-Attention to detail.
-A proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
