ManpowerGroup Romania is recruiting for the position of Commercial Manager for one of its clients, leader in the transport and courier segment.
Location: Chisinau
Requirements:
Higher education completed;
Experience in similar role minimum 3 years;
Knowledge of commercial policies - products/services offered, pricing, after sales services, facilities strategies to attract and retain customers;
Experience in personnel management (recruitment, training and evaluation of staff);
Driving licence, category B.
Responsibilities:
Coordination and development of the commercial department;
Continuous monitoring of the market and competition and developing effective strategy to maintain market position;
Develop the relationship strategy with internal and external suppliers;
Negotiate purchasing contracts and correctly assess the opportunity to accept a new supplier;
Identify appropriate market segments for business development;
Controls and ensures the smooth running of sales and purchasing contracts;
Evaluates subordinate staff, checks monthly time sheets and establishes their responsibilities.
