At least 1 year of experience in a customer support team;
French and English language proficiency at B2 level or above;
High self-organisation, discipline, punctuality and responsibility for the team;
Team result orientation, ability to find and solve problems.
Job Description:
Helping passengers book airline tickets (changes in reservations, cancellations). Incoming call line and chats;
Advising clients on airline services;
Regulation of issues related to flight cancellations and delays.
