Business Plane Logistics, an international company specializing in urgent shipments all over the world, with its headquarters in Chisinau, is looking for a motivated person ready to put his problem-solving skills to work.
Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals;
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements;
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and interest in the position;
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records;
Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions;
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing offer letters, and facilitating new hire onboarding;
Collaborate with HR team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English at an advanced level. Proficiency in other foreign languages will be considered an advantage;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with candidates and hiring managers;
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail;
Capacity to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment;
Proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft Office applications;
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and advance within the realm of recruitment and HR.
