Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist/Freight Agent. The Sales Logistics Specialist will be responsible for managing sales, providing customer service, and overseeing logistics operations,
and eager on building BOB. The Operation role involves coordinating shipments, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in freight brokerage or sales preferred but not required, trucking dispatchers are welcome.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., TMS, CRM).
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
