Recruiting Associate Up to $2500 per month

American business, with a branch office in Chisinau, is looking for talented, ambitious people to join our team. We’re a dynamic transportation company out of Chicago, IL, moving freight all around the United States since 2002.

Your primary responsibilities will be hiring truck drivers, meaning performing phone interviews with the potential truck drivers, assisting them with any questions they may have and making all the necessary arrangements for the candidate to start their work.

The starting salary is $1200 per month.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English/Russian;
• Previous experience in recruiting or marketing is a +;
• Responsible and thirsty for Knowledge;
• Ability to interact with people and communicate effectively and positively over the phone;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Google products;
• Attention to details;
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
• Ability to handle stressful situations and mitigate conflicts in a professional manner;
• Ability to work from Tuesday to Saturday 16:00-01:00.
