SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Work experience in the field of business analysis or a similar field for at least 3 years.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• In-depth knowledge of data analysis methods and tools.
• The ability to effectively present and explain complex information in simple and understandable ways.
• The ability to work in a team and interact with various departments of the company.
• Knowledge of SQL and other programming languages for working with data will be an advantage.
• Higher education in economics, mathematics, computer science or related fields.

JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Data analysis for business support and management in all departments of the company.
• Acting as a customer to create new dashboards and updates, working closely with the development team.
• Support and development of existing data sets, ensuring their relevance and completeness.
• Initiation and control of data visualization to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
• Making suggestions and supporting the company's business processes aimed at improving efficiency.
• Hypothesis testing and development of new reporting forms to improve analytics and data management.
• Preparation of presentations for argumentation and presentation of the results of the analysis.
• Participation in various projects of the company, providing data-based information to support decision-making.
• Analysis of business processes in the company and preparation of recommendations for their improvement from a financial point of view.
• Conducting research in the field of analytics and participating in the role of the customer for their implementation in practice.
• Translating the results of data analysis into effective business ideas that can improve the operational and financial performance of the company.
• Presenting the results of the analysis in a clear and concise form, effectively communicating the conclusions to stakeholders.
